Midget
1970 Midget My name is Lou Giovannetti and am a member of the SCCA and The Westchester Sports Car Club which is in N.Y. I run a MG Midget it's a 1970 with a 1275cc engine.
The engine has a mid range cam, header and some intake mods but for the most part is stock. there is a lot of work to suspension... tube shocks in rear, stiff coil springs up front lowered all around, sticky Yokohama's , I have worked the breaking system added a panhard bar in the rear and a 3/4 sway bar in front.
The interior is all business, a 6 point roll bar, fire system, 5 point safety harness and arm restraints would like to receive any and all information you have about auto-xing. I run my car in D/P class and have ran it at Lime Rock in time trials my best time at Lime Rock was 1 minute 26 seconds which I was told was very good for the car.
